Welcome… I’m Alec Newcomb and this is my personal blog which I’ve been tinkering with since 2000. I live in New Hampshire but was born and raised on the lower east side of New York City. Grab a seat…and lets chat about music, travel, and bootstrapping companies.
I use to travel 220+ days a year in a prior life hence the name of the blog. Now I mostly travel with my family for pleasure and to meet up with our teams who work in 5 time zones.
Live music is a passion. I put on my first concert in High School. Ran a variety of music venues during college including working for the Grateful Dead.
If you are trying to reach me Twitter is best @alecnewcomb. If you are a UVM or UNH student…in the tradition of a legendary former boss at MTV drop into my DM’s as I block time to meet with students and troublemakers every Friday.
If you are looking for me to invest or help with your SaaS or Ecommerce startup and live in NH I suggest applying to the NH SBDC Fame Program where you get a great business coach from the SBDC and if they match us my marketing support for NH business that are trying to grow.
