Back from Seattle and SEOmoz’s Killer Seminar

I’m lucky or unlucky depending on your point of view to catch 20+ industry events a year. I’m just back from my first SEOmoz event and it set the bar in 2010 for an informative, relevant, and well executed event. I learned a ton of useful info from nitty gritty SEO geek tips to how others are selling SEO services in the market. Just because I ran a Search Engine in the late 90’s means little in a world of continual new tactics and technology.  It was refreshing to take two days and dig in on SEO. My hat it off to Rand and the team for a great conference and they are definitely on my 2011 list.

Music: Save Your Eyes

Some new tunes from the last few weeks. Wipe your eyes and get your ears on. The William Fitzsimmons remixes are genius and Deer Tick is now a band I want to try to catch live. The most interesting find was Kid Cudi who’s album, Man On the Moon: The End of Day, I’m still digesting.

Start of a VT Summer

A Photo by Found Drama (http://www.flickr.com/photos/found_drama/306258116/) Memorial Day brings the start of another Vermont summer. Enjoyed the lake, cheered on the marathon runners, and took a moment to remember all those that are serving and have. Everything is always a little better with waves & sun.
